Welcome To Ilfracombe Arts College

We are an 11-18 Arts College which ensures the Every Child Matters agenda at the centre of our daily practice.

We strive to deliver excellence for all which is clearly evidenced by our improving exam results. Our Arts specialism enables us to offer an exciting curriculum with many extra curricular opportunities. The two new Arts facilities and the recent opening of a "state of the art" £3.4 million Arts block is testament to our aspirations and vision.

We pride ourselves in responding to the individual needs of everyone. All students are assigned a tutor to offer support and guidance throughout the school day. The house system ensures that every student has the opportunity to make a positive contribution and feels an important part of their College. The team of tutors is supported by Pastoral Co-ordinators and Directors of Learning to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience.

Ilfracombe Arts College is currently developing a new look site and VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) which will offer a fresher look, be easier to browse and have added features for our students. Coming early 2010!
